Unbelievably Gluten Free LLC is a cottage food operation based in Texas. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

This website is intended to provide general information about our baked goods, markets, and ordering availability.

Orders and Availability

Products may be offered through pre-orders, markets, or limited releases. Availability is not guaranteed and may change based on demand, ingredient availability, or scheduling.

Pre-order details, including pickup dates and locations, will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

Payments

Payment methods, pricing, and deadlines will be communicated at the time of order. 

We do not currently process payments directly through this website.

Allergens

All products are gluten-free; however, items are prepared in a shared household kitchen. While extensive precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from all allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any additional allergies before placing an order.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of made-to-order baked goods, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event of an error or unforeseen circumstances.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup locations and times will be communicated in advance. Customers are responsible for timely pickup. 

Unclaimed orders may be forfeited without refund.

We are not responsible for product quality once items have been picked up.

Intellectual Property
