Hi - I'm Michelle Word, the baker and founder of Unbelievably Gluten Free LLC. I understand how frustrating it can be to crave delicious baked goods and feel that gluten free means compromise. That’s why I started this gluten free cottage bakery – to create custom gluten free cakes and treats that are comforting, joyful, and safe for those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease. 

Every cake, cookie, and cinnamon roll is crafted with intention in my home kitchen, where I pay careful attention to ingredients and preparation. My goal is simple: you shouldn’t have to sacrifice flavor just because you need gluten free foods. 

When I’m not baking, I’m discovering new techniques and flavors, engaging with our community at local markets, and planning the next seasonal gluten free treats I can’t wait to share with you.

I started Unbelievably Gluten Free LLC because I personally know how hard it is to find a gluten free bakery that offers truly safe and delicious custom gluten free cakes and gluten free treats for people with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease.

I take careful steps to prevent cross-contact and choose quality ingredients to make custom gluten free cakes and gluten free treats that are both flavorful and safe at my gluten free bakery.
